New Winter Regime Products

Babassu oil + Coconut Curling Cream

That cold air.. oh its here. I've been complaining and going on and on about how I needed new products to test in my hair. Being natural isn't easy, everyday I'm still learning. As I am approaching my 2 year naturalversary (yes this is my term for it), I am realizing that my hair isn't thriving on its old products.

I guess because i am also not wearing a protective style (weave) like usual i could properly treat myself. I have had Mielle Organics on my list of products i wanted to try in my hair for long enough. So on my trip to Target I decided why not take a leap of faith and purchase it. In the cold I see my hair losing moisture and becoming extra dry. With that I decided to go back to my favorite cream by Cantu.

The Coconut Curling Cream not only does this product provide slip back to my hair, I've watched it define my curl and retain moisture.

With the Mielle Organics Mint Deep conditioner, words cannot explain my experience. Last night I had my initial attempt with it in my hair. When I tell you as soon as I applied it to my hair shaft and root I couldn't regret getting it at all, if anything I was upset I didn't purchase it sooner. The slip and automatic feeling made me even trim my hair. The peppermint and spearmint oil colliding with rosemary oil gave that refreshing feeling awakening my new winter regime.

Both products in fact restored the moisture and balance back to my hair I longed for. It accommodates thick, wavy, kinky and coily hair. I would highly suggest this to naturals on the verge of a year natural or more.

What products are you using in your hair? How far natural are you?

In the tab keep the conversation going drop some tips for aspiring natural ready to do their big chop.
